The 29th storm of the year, named Usagi, is expected to bring heavy flooding and high seas to southern Vietnam soon, and will spread across to Cambodia.
The Ministry of Meteorology and Water Resources predicts rain in the east and south, along with rough waves around coastal areas. The rain will spread across Cambodia over the weekend.
