Tbong Khmom: At 10 am on November 24, 2018, a silver TOYOTA car driving along National Road 7 went straight down into a sewer. The new drainage system was under construction in Socheat Meanchey village, Memot commune, Memot district, Tbong Khmum province.
According to a source from the scene, the owner of the car was giving a learner driver an unofficial lesson behind the wheel, which went awry.
The pick-up truck was hauled out the hole by workers repairing National Road 7.
