Phnom Penh: A male foreign national appeared to have committed suicide by jumping from a condominium building on 22 November 2018, on Street 598, Tumnub I Village, Phnom Penh Thmei, Khan Sen Sok.
The dead body has not been identified and not believed to be a resident at the address.
The body was taken by authorities to Stung Meanchey Pagoda for further research, as the body did not have a passport or identity card.
