SR: Drunk Chinese in BMW Mows Down Vegetable Cart Killing One Man and Injuring Two Others

On November 20, 2018, at 1 am, a drunk Chinese man crashed his BMW into a vegetable delivery cart in Siem Reap while driving drunk, killing one and injuring two others.

According to Lieutenant Jim Sovann, the traffic police chief in Siem Reap, the Chinese driver was unmistakably drunk and responsible for the accident. He will be charged with the death of the cart driver, and police are preparing his case for court.
