Crushed on National Road 5

Banteay Meanchey: (Post News) Officials have said that there was a fatality at the construction project for the upgrade of National Road 5.

This happened on the 14th of November, 2018 on National Road 5.

Police said that the victim’s name was Vann Chik, a 38-year-old woman road worker, from Prek Ro Pov village, Russey Krok district, Mongkul Borei district.

The victim was urinating at the side of the road and the driver of the heavy roller machine did not see her.

After the incident, the cops gave the body to relatives for traditional festivals.
