Rough Sleeping German Picked Up by Immigration
Phnom Penh: On November 14, 2018, at 10:45 am, the Bureau of Investigation and the Immigration recieved HAGEN KIENZ, a 54-year-old German national from the police force.
The man has been sleeping on the streets in front of the German Embassy and has no passport.
The foreigner was found to have arrived in Cambodia on April 18, 2018 via Phnom Penh International Airport on a tourist visa.
According to the inquiries, he had no money, nowhere to stay and no passport.
He has been sent to the Immigration Department to implement procedures .
