Foreigner With Diplomatic Plates Involved in Accident (Video)

Kampong Cham: Social media preliminary reports suggest that an accident happened yesterday evening,  on or near National Road No 6. The unidentified foreigner was driving a Nissan Navara with CD (Corps Diplomatique) number CD 67020.
