Drunk Driver Denies Denting Divider

Phnom Penh: A drunk driver hit a road divider at 9:20 pm on November 12, along Norodom Blvd.

The driver refused to stop at the scene, and somehow managed to get 100 meters, before pulling over.

When cops and reporters turned up, he denied that he had even been in an accident, despite evidence to the contrary, and became angry with the reporters taking pictures of him. After the incident, the city’s traffic police came to the scene and detained the driver and car to wait for a resolution.
