German Expat, Christopher Flora, Arrested in Sen Monorom

Mondulkiri Province: A German man was arrested at 11:46 AM, on November 12, 2018, at Chambok Village, Spean Meanchey Commune, Sèn Monorom District, Mondul Kiri Province.

The arrest was over motorcycle thefts, and violent behaviour.

Christopher Alexender Flora, a 34-year-old male from Germany, is staying in a rented house in the village of Por Tre Street, Monorom Commune, Sen Monorom.

After a test showed that he had illegal drugs in his system, the suspect was taken to the provincial police commission to investigate the case further and commence legal proceedings.
