Foreigner Strips and Walks Down Road

A black man foreigner stripped off his pants and wandered half naked on the streets.

The unusual incident took place at 6:00 am on November 12, 2018, at Street 1019, corner of Samdech Chea Sim Street,  Sen Sok District.

The  man has not been identified, but according to the authorities, the mna had been driving a car to to the top of Samdech Chea Sim Road .

The car pulled over and the semi-naked man began to walk away. He was detained by the local police for questioning.

*Later reports from other outlets suggest the man might have been high on drugs.
