Phnom Penh: At 2 pm on November 11, 2018, a truck carrying bricks overturned in Prek Tleng Village, Cheung Ek Commune, Dangkor District, Phnom Penh.
As well as the HGV, two other cars were badly damaged in the incident.
As there was no injury to people or state property, the parties involved have agreed to settle damages outside of the legal system.
