Phnom Penh: at about 1 pm on 9 November 2018, a suspect snatched a mobile phone from a Korean man on Street 187, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
The suspects were riding two or three motorbikes to carry the robbery of a Korean man who crossed the road and tried to escape.
One suspect riding a Honda XR Number Plate “Phnom Penh 1FS-3148” was caught and taken in by police.
