Three other thieves who escaped capture are being actively sought, one was previously arrested in December 2017 in connection with a theft of a foreigners baggage at the Lucky Market, Preah Sihanouk Blvd.
Phnom Penh’s military police are searching for more victims who may have been robbed by the same mob since October 27, 2018, to come forward and file a complaint.
