Odd Chinese Man Acting Up in Ponchentong

Phnom Penh: Late on November 4, 2018, a Chinese man was seen in a state of mental breakdown. He was in the street making strange gestures and shouting at things.

The incident took place in  Pochentong, along Russian Blvd. in Por Senchey district. The Chinese man was unidentified, but aged around 30.

Before the incident, the man had a slight accident when he was hit by a car  when acting strangely in the road.

Worried about public safety, he was taken by the police and will be handed over to the immigration office for management and supervision.
