Prison Break, Kampong Spue

Kampong Speu: A prisoner went on the run on November 3, 2018, after he escaped from Kampong Speu Referral Hospital.

Prison officials said 28-year-old Khun Jan, from Boeung Klaeng Village,  Samrong Tong District. He had been detained on September 18, 2018 for distribution of addictive substances and sent to the provincial prison to await trial.

On the night of November 2, 2018, the offender was in a state of discomfort and prison officials sent him to the provincial hospital. The next morning the lag had escaped and disappeared.
