Phnom Penh: A man was arrested at 8:05 pm on November 1, 2018 at the corner of 1986, Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
Suspect Jet Samoum, 30, a Filipino musician was caught with 3 bags of methamphetamine, 2 pink pills, 800,000 Riel ($200), and $ 543 dollars in cash.
Before the incident, the Sen Sok district commander had set up a control point to check for drugs and weapons in vehicles. The suspect was given a stop check by police and the drugs were discovered.
Police then detained the suspect for questioning at the Police Inspectorate in Sen Sok district.
