November 1, 2018 cne 42 Views 0 Comments accident, attack, foreigner

Phnom Penh: An unidentified foreigner crashed his Prius car into a PassApp tuk-tuk and attacked a man, on November 01, 2018, at 10 am, on Sihanouk boulevard.

After causing the accident, the unidentified black foreigner negotaited with the tuk-tuk and agreed to go Sen Sok to pick up some cash to pay for the damage.

Yet the foreigner could not navigate his way out of the city and returned to Independence Monument. He then accused another man of stealing his phone and attacked him. It turned out that the phone had been dropped earlier.

The police turned up and took everyone involved down to the police station for questioning, where the man who was attacked filed a criminal complaint against the foreigner.

About CNE

CNE is a website fueled by Black Panther Stout and organized by a team of macaque monkeys left behind after a Chinese brain cancer research clinic folded in 2016. Operating deep in the jungles of Pursat, the simians, under the watchful eyes of local interns, Somnang and Oudom, trawl the web almost everyday searching for stories. With the aid of Google translate and the occasional reprimand from a shadowy group known only as "Editors" breaking news from Cambodia is brought to the English speaking world. We do not write the stories, and admit sometimes mistakes can be made, so please point out any errors for correction.
Thanks,
CNE
