Phnom Penh: A foreigner died on October 28, 2018, at 1 pm, in The Bamboo House, on Street 172, Khan Daun Penh. The man has been named as John David Ray Fredrick Peter Koyczan, a 38-year-old Canadian tourist.
The Canadian, was found in bed at the scene of the incident. According to a forensic examination the cause of death was a heart attack.
The victim’s belongings were handed over to the Bureau of Investigation and proceeded and the body transferred to the Stung Meanchey pagoda.
