Oddar Meanchey: According to the National Police Commissioner, police cops arrest a suspect after using counterfeit casino chips.
This case occurred on October 25, 2018, at 8:30 pm at Royal Hill Resort Casino O’Smach, Krong Samraong.
OThe suspect, Yon Yeon, a 40-year-old male, lives in Samraong.
The suspect was caught when playing a 5000 baht chip, which the dealer was suspicious of.
After being questioned, the suspect responded that he had purchased the chips from a man for 200,000 Riels ($50), in Kork Ampil village who went by the name of ‘Luk’ (*ironic)
The suspect was detained and sent to the Criminal Criminal Police Office at 6:30 pm on October 25, 2018.
Currently, the cops are preparing for referral to the court for further proceedings.
