Phnom Penh: One of the four thieves involved in the theft of a phone from a Frenchman was detained by police.
The theft occurred on October 24, 2018, along Sothearos Boulevard, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
The suspect is named Li Chii, (Ly Chhy?) a 29-year-old resident in Sangkat Phsar Kandal II, Daun Penh district. He was deprived of his Suzuki Nex motorcycle and the stolen iPhone 8.
The suspect is currently in the custody of the police.
