Drunk Shouty Chinese Man Taken Away
PHNOM PENH: On Tuesday, October 23, 2018, in Prek Leap commune, Chroy Changvar district, CHENG KUN, a 34-year-old Chinese male, was arrested by police. He was found drunk and shouting in public. Inquiries discovered he had no passport or visa.
He arrived in Cambodia on April 11, 2018 at Phnom Penh International Airport, and has been staying in Cambodia without a job. He was sent to the General Department of Immigration to carry out the proceedings of the law.
