Kep: A truck carrying a heavy machinery on National Highway No.33 hit a statue at 8 am on October 23 in Pong Teuk Commun, Kep Province.
Som Saroeun, deputy police chief, said that the 10 armed man was a gift from Mr. HAS Sareth, Governor of Kep Province in 2012.
Mr. Saroeun said that after the incident, the inspector ordered the police to seize both the vehicles and the driver and take them to Kompong Trach District for resolution.
