Kids Mauled by Neighbour’s Dog
A boy and his sister have been bitten by a neighbor’s dog, causing serious injuries to the girl’s face and her younger brother’s throat.
Both were taken to hospital at 5.50pm on October 20, 2018 in Trapeang Por Village, Chom Chao 3 district, Por Senchey district, Phnom Penh.
The children were Heng Sakka, a 7-year-old girl and Heng Samnang, a 3-year-old boy who suffered from throat throats. Their mother, Bun Channa, 31, a factory worker, is a widow with three children, living in a rented room.
Chom Chao Police Officers urged the owner of the dog to take responsibility for the victims, and pay for the treatment.
