Foreigner Detained After 104 Brawl

Phnom Penh: A foreigner drinking in a bar on Street 104 began attacking people at 3:00 am on October 19, 2018.

The first victim, 28-year-old Sok Serey, and a 25 year old female Morn Sonny who was working as a manager in the bar.

According to the victims, before the incident, the foreigner often drunk in the Rose bar on the street, however this time he was very drunk and had a disagreement with the staff.

Security were called and a fight broke out, with two people injured in the street.

After the incident, the victims filed a lawsuit against the foreign man for the case to be handled by law enforcement.
