Another Chinese Man Electrocuted in Kampong Spue

Kampong Speu: A Chinese man using a motorized water pump was electrocuted and killed instantly. The incident occured October 19, 2018 at Hayesang, an metal factory in Saishan village. Preah Nousar Commune, Kong Pisey District, Kampong Speu Province.

Witnesses said that before the incident, they saw a Chinese man named Li Chi Minh (although there is no clear identification document) a 35 year old man living on site, pulling a 50m long cable with a motor pump.

After he died suddenly, the police came down to inspect the scene and concluded he had been killed by an electric shock.

Note, this is the second Chinese worker to die in this area in the past few days. The other was also electrocuted.
