Ratanakiri: At 7 pm on October 17, 2018, district police chief and the Deputy Prosecutor, received a suspect named Yeung, aka Kavet.
The 34-year-old was arrested by soldiers in Koklak district, over the illegal use of firearms and for contravening laws protecting wildlife.
The suspect is now in detention waiting for legal procedures.
