Phnom Penh: A surprise occurred when a man who once owned a yellow Mini Cooper Phnom Penh 2AA 9558 found his stolen motor three years later in a garage on Street 211 and Street 336, Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara at 3:00 PM October 16, 2018.
After seeing his car and the car owner approached the police and filed a lawsuit. After receiving the complaint from the victim, the Phnom Penh military police arrived at the garage.
But by the new car owner, disputed the claims, so the car was taken away by cops to investigate the matter.
