Phnom Penh: At 10:40 am on October 15, 2018, a fire broke out along Sothearos, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Daun Penh.
A gas canister exploded at a makeshift camp for construction workers close to the port, setting fire to two motorbikes damage (HONDA C125 black, 2017, SUZUKI Smash Black, 2013).
A man by the name of Thuy Chem, a 27-year-old male was badly injured.
In the intervening operation, the municipal police commissioner used one fire extinguisher and put out the fire by 11:00am.
