Sihanoukville: A Chinese woman lost her mind at 3:00 am on October 16, 2018, in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
Police say that the Chinese woman’s identity is not yet known, but she is about 30 years old. She was acting all crazy, biting herself writhing around and stripping off. It is quite possible she was on drugs.
Cambodians rescued the woman and tried to cover her modestly, until police arrived and sent her to the Sihanoukville Referral Hospital for sympathy treatment.
