Kandal: A surprise came when there were unexploded ordnance was discovered on a construction site.
The case occurred at 9:30 am on October 16, 2018 at Sai Tho village, Sespu commune, Sa’ang district, Kandal province.
A man working on the foundations of a large building in the vicinity of Wat Sakthai, reported to police that he had spotted an unexploded bomb and reported to the police. CMAC have been requested to come out and deal with the device.
