Kampong Cham: After drinking together a man murdered a father and his 2 sons with a farmer’s scythe, at 5:30 pm on October 14, 2018 in Thma Keo village, Toul commune, Batheay district, Kampong Cham province.
The first victim, was 53, his sons, 19 and 22-year-old.
A suspect, identified as Ye Phean, 41, has now been arrested.
The suspects has been sent to the Inspectorate to proceed with the ongoing legal process.
