On the morning of October 15, the General Department of Immigration transferred 91 Chinese nationals including 21 women involved in VOIP internet scamming.
Lieutenant General Ouk Hai Seila, director of the Department of Investigation and Compliance Procedure of the General Department of Immigration, handed the offenders to Chinese police to take them away for prosecution in China.
