Phnom Penh: A police officer on patrol detained a man who was involved in a mobile phone theft from a foreign woman at 11:30 am on October 12, 2018.
Doum Bora Phanit, a 17-year-old Khmer man, was arrested after the robbery..
The victim’s mobile IPhone X, was returned, while the suspects was sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court according to the procedures.
