Phnom Penh: A Range Rover car collided with a Highlander just before 1am on October 11, 2018 along Kampuchea Krom Blvd, Khan 7 Makara.
According to the source, before the incident, the Range Rover, “2AY-3663”, hit the Highlander at the crossroads. Both cars were badly damaged. The driver of the Range Rover fled the scene before the cops arrived.
After the incident, local authorities went down to measure the two vehicles and took them to the traffic police headquarters of the Phnom Penh Police Commission to wait for the two sides to deal with the matter.
