Dead at the Wheel
Banteay Meanchey: At 7:00 am on October 9, 2018, a man was found dead in a car in Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey Province.
The victim, Thar Heang, was a pig farm worker who resided in Kbal Spean 2 commune, Poipet town, Banteay Meanchey province.
The reason given was that he drank too much and did not eat anything from early morning until night.
