3 Killed in Rd 4 Smash
Sihanoukville: At 06:00 on October 7, 2018, a traffic accident happened on National road 4, between km 200/201 in Oteasek village Ouk Oknha Heng Commune, Preynop District, Preah Sihanouk province.
A car traveling in the direction of Sihanoukville hit two motorbikes coming from the opposite direction, killing three people on the spot.
1. Khim Vannanara, a 29-year-old man who worked for Angkor Beverage Factory.
2. Naw Van, male, 21 years old, working at U-Sin Factory, Ponlov Village, Dongkom Commune, Angkor Chey District, Kampot Province.
3. Chan Khim, female, 38, Smach Deng village, Ream commune, Prey Nop district, Preah Sihanouk province.
The car driver ran away from the scene, leaving the vehicles behind.
