Phnom Penh: At 3:30 am on October 6, 2018, a young man passed out of train tracks after drinking.
A train came along at the spot in Chong Thnal West Village, Sangkat Teuk Thla, Khan Sen Sok and ran over the man’s legs.
The victim, a factory worker, rented a room near Chinnan Market in Teuk Thla commune, Sen Sok district. He is from Svay Rieng.
Before the incident, the victim finished work and went to a drink at the home of a friend, and later left for home. The victim did not return, having fallen down on the tracks.
Both his legs were cut off by the train. The man was taken to hospital.
