Chinese in RCAF Car Takes out USAID Monument

Phnom Penh: A  Chinese driver in a Lexus GX470 with RCAF plates hit a monument of US-Cambodian friendship at  5:35 am on October 6, 2018, on Chom Chao roundabout.

According to the source, before the incident, the Lexus, plated with the RCAF 2-2976 license plate, was driven by the Chinese with lack of caution, going off the road, onto the roundabout and hitting US-Cambodia Friendship monument, causing damage. No people were injured.

After the incident, the local authorities turned up and the car was taken to the main traffic office of the Phnom Penh Police Commission to wait for  settlement according to the legal process.
