Accident Outside Royal Phnom Penh Hospital
Phnom Penh: A Chinese driver hit a motorcycle causing serious injuries to one man. The incident happened at 10:30 pm on October 4, 2018, at the Royal Phnom Penh Hospital, along the Russian Federation Boulevard in Sen Sok district.
According to a source from the scene, a man driving a motorbike with white plates at 1BZ-1127 drove in front of a Chevrolet Escalade (?) driven by a Chinese male.
