Pailin: At 6.45 pm on Oct. 2, 2018 violence broke out at a Pailin football pitch.
Police said that the victim, Sim Sary, a 32-year-old man living in Phsar Prum village, Stung Karch commune, Salakrao district, Pailin province, suffered a knife wound to his left arm and was taken to hospital.
The suspect, Long Meng Hav, a 19-year-old male living in Oul Chum commune, Toul Lvea commune, Pailin city, escaped.
The pair have a history of conflict with each other.
