Phnom Penh: A man died after crashing his car, which then caught on fire, at 3:40 am on October 2, 2018, in front of Toul Kork Market on 289 Street. Sangkat Boeung Kok II, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.
The victim was named as En Sao, a 25-year-old male, from Kampong Cham province.
According to a source in the scene, the car was driving at high speeds, when it hit the road divider, the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown from the vehicle and was killed. The car engine then ignited and two fire-fighting units were called to the scene to control the blaze.
