Kampong Speu: Police forces in Samrong Torng district arrested a man after a violent incident at 12:05 PM, September 30 2018.
The suspect, Mao Chun Lim, a 29-year-old male from Chhorn Ton Pung, Samrong Tong, attacked Kim Srey Neth, an 18 year old female. Suffering from severe head injuries, the victim was sent to a private clinic by her family.
According to the confession, the suspect confesses that he hit the victim with a farm tool, and admitted to being an alcoholic.
Currently, the suspect and evidence have been sent to the district criminal authorities.
