4 Killed in Rd 3 Crash
Kandal: A traffic accident happened left four people dead at 3:40 pm on September 30, 2018 on National Road 3, Kilometer 34-35 at Kraing Village, Tbeng Commune, Kandal Steung District, Kandal Province.
Prior to the incident, there was a motorbike HONDA CLICK black plated with number plates, 1T-4477, ridden by Mr. Kep Pov, male, 28, from Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province, who was killed at the scene.
The other dead were: Heang Phor, 25 years old , Heang Thida, female, 13 years old, Heang Phayim, female, 12 years old.
The driver HYUNDAI truck, plated “3D-2412” escaped. The vehicle is owned by Kim Thong, from Por Sen Chey district, Phnom Penh.
Reasons for the accident were speed and driving on the wrong side of the road.
