Knock Knock… Chinese Detained in Condo Raid

Phnom Penh:  Police rraided a condo room on September 27, 2018, 10.30 am, on the 11 Floor, 1115 Building, Group 78, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Morn.

A Chinese man named  YANG THING HAI, 34, was arrested. He does not live at the location and does not have a passport.

When the force of police and ministries arrived at the  building, they went up to the 11th floor and checked  room 1113-1114 but did not see the suspect. So the force continued to open other rooms. A check of 1115 found and detained the suspect.

*Why the cops were hunting him is unclear
