Chinese Driver Involved in Fatal Accident

A Chinese driver in a  LEXUS RX300 “2Q2257” hit a motorcycle at the corner of 134 and 139 at 2:20 am on Saturday, September 29, 2018.

The tragic accident occurred at the crossroads.

The motorcyclist was killed at the scene. Seng Chhay, a 22-year-old Cambodian national who worked at the Ministry of Justice was from Siem Reap province.

After the incident, authorities came down to measure the scene. The police commissioner of Phnom Penh is waiting for the legal procedure to be handled.

The body of the deceased has been given to the family.
