Range Rover Hits Schoolkids

Phnom Penh: A Range Rover hit a tuk tuk at 1:30 pm on September 28, 2018, on Street 318, Sangkat Tuol Svay Prey I, Khan Chamkar Mon.

Six  school children were injured in the incident. The white Range Rover 2Q-2222 was being driven by a 41 year old Chinese woman ZHNANG YANZHE.

The tuktuk was carrying six school children, three boys and three girls aged from six to ten, to the nearby Chinese school of Tuan Hoa. The street was narrow and had parked cars on either side, and neither parties wanted to yield to the other.

The police arrived on the scene to investigate.
