Mondulkiri: Five delinquent wannabe gangsters were detained in Banlung.
Vuth Hong, 17, Mauch Bo, 16, Kei Tith, 20, Em Hing, 14 and Yoy Dae, 16 were making a nuisance of themselves in Banlung town.
Cops caught up with the quintet and busted them for possession of a homemade gun and slingshots. To make a point, the young offenders were made to strip to their smalls and pose for embarrassing snaps.
