Phnom Penh: On the evening of September 26, 2018, a group of black men argued with each other and violence flared up. One person was injured in the left arm.
The authorities intervened at the restaurant Obieze at Street T.34 in Chamkamorn.
A man was stabbed with a knife during the argument and was sent to Russian Hospital.
Both sides were then taken in for questioning and their passport, visa and employment situation is being investigated.
