The Bad Lieutenant

Banteay Meanchey: One of the suspects arrested in a massive drugs trafficking operation in Banteay Meanchey and Siem Reap on September 19 has been identified as a high ranking military officer.  Khim Chamrunekora , 26, from Siem Reap is a Lieutenant Colonel and son of a general.

At his house in Siem Reap police found a large arsenal of weapons and almost 1000 yama amphetamine pills. 2kg of meth-amphetamine was also seized at another address.
