Phnom Penh: A suspect was arrested immediately after a theft of a Honda Scoopy with aggravating circumstances (using a sword).
The incident happened at 2:30 am, on September 24, 2018 in Samaki Village, Russey Keo District, Phnom Penh.
Police said that after hearing the screams of the victim, Sok Sambo, a police patrol immediately intervened to arrest a suspect named Chim Sahak, 18 years old.
After arrest, the suspects was to answer inquiries and name the accomplices at Russei Keo district police station.
